Return Policy

Merchandise Returns

If you should need to return any item you purchased from The BrewsKey™, the following conditions must be met. We must be notified of your intent to return any product purchased. To make a return, call 210-321-3900 or email ReturnsOrExchanges@TheBrewsKey.com to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before shipping the product back to The BrewsKey™. You have thirty (30) days from the date you received a product to make a request for return from The BrewsKey™. Any product to be returned must be:

  1. In its original product packaging,
  2. Returned with any original manufacturer information that came with the product,
  3. Must not be damaged due to incorrect application,
  4. Must not have any missing parts. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee if any of the above conditions are not met.

Upon The BrewsKey™ receiving your returned product, a refund will be credited to your credit card account for the original amount charged, excluding any original shipping charges. The cost to ship the product being returned is the responsibility of the person or company making the return, unless your order was damaged (upon arrival) OR by The BrewsKey™. The BrewsKey™ will not be responsible for any product being returned that becomes lost in transit. To insure that your account is properly credited, please do not return any product without calling The BrewsKey™ at 210-321-3900 or email at ReturnsOrExchanges@The BrewsKey.com for a return authorization number.

Warranty Information

The products being offered for sale by The BrewsKey™ and are sold without express or implied warranties. You have the right to return any product (return authorization number required) that is found to be defective, mistakenly shipped or ordered incorrectly. Requests for returns must be made with the appropriate tone and vocabulary, prior to thirty (30) days after purchaser receives the product. After an authorization number has been issued, determination of the replacement of product or a customer credit will be decided between The BrewsKey™ and the customer, following the receipt of the returned product to The BrewsKey™.
